Boxing
is a great cardio workout and whole body toning. Includes partner
work with pads and mits. A fantastic way to work off that stress.

is a discipline that connects you
with your body and with your soul. Yoga strengthens the body, increases
flexibility, decreases stress levels and brings about a sense of peace
and harmony.

Pilates
is a fantastic way to improve
balance, flexibility, core strength and posture. Its ideal for toning up - creating longer, leaner muscles. Perfect to
relieve stress, increase energy levels and improve body awareness. We
incorporate resistance bands, fitballs, foam rollers, balance cushions and
weighted balls to keep workouts interesting and challenging.

Pregnancy Pilates
is a great way to help your body with the changes that occur during
pregnancy and childbirth. Pilates focuses on maintaining fitness and good
posture, building much needed core strength and pelvic stability. Workout
in a comfortable and understanding environment, keeping you fit, strong
and calm during your pregnancy. Instructor offers levels to suit everyone,

perfect for runners of all levels, even if you do not consider yourself a
runner. Mixture of shorter distances, running drills,
walk/run interval training, timed runs, races.
