Got a pool? You pick the time, the people and the place. Get a group of
your friends together, meet at someone’s house and the instructor will
come to you. Make it a social event and have friends stay for a coffee or
lunch. Small group allows instructor one-on-one time with each of you, and
can tailor the program to suit your fitness levels, time constraints and
fitness goals.
3-4 friends - $16 per person for 1 hour
5-7 friends - $11 per person for 1 hour
8-10 friends - $9 per person for 1 hour
IN HOME PILATES
aMY PILATES
Have a large open space, or level backyard? Get a group of friends
together at a time convenient for you, and the instructor will come to you.
Send the kids to school and get together with other mums, exercising in
the comfort of your own home. Allows a more personal and social class for
you and your friends, tailored to your group.
3-4 friends - $18 per person for 1 hour
5-7 friends - $13 per person for 1 hour
8-10 friends - $10 per person for 1 hour
IN HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
aMY TRAINING
Have some space in the backyard? Choose the time that suits you and have
the trainer come to your home. Can be one-on-one training, or small group, and
includes pilates, boxing, cardio vascular, strength and flexibility
training.
1 person - $65
2-3 people - $40 each
4+ people - $25 each
