NEW - EXPRESS SESSIONS

All the benefits of personal training in an express half hour session. High Intensity interval training has been proven to maximise fatloss, muscle tone and calorie burning, so get great results in minimal time. Perfect for those with hectic schedules and who find it hard to fit exercise into there lifes. Available at the studio in Graceville or at your home or local park.

PERSONAL OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Want one-on-one time to maximise results? Personal training is designed for you and targets the results you are after! Perfect for all levels, whether you are after a very specific fitness goal, or after extra motivation or to be pushed harder than you push yourself. If you have particular restricting injuries, personal training is ideal, as we can design a very detailed rehab and strengthening program, getting fitness improvements without risking further damage. Also ideal for first time exercisers, as I can closely watch your technique and intensity levels to maximise results.

Or prefer to work out with your friends with a tailored program to suit? Can book in a regular time slot for pilates, boxing, aerobics, cardio or a combination of all at The Fitness Booth studio, to gain optimum results and motivation.

DAYTIME SPECIAL - ONLY $40 per hour between 8am and 4pm

1-on-1 - $60 per hour
2-3 people - $35 each per hour
4+ - $20 each per hour
